Initially a problem in the printing industry, this sensor is now employed in a wide range of IoT, industrial automation, and process control applications. This cylindrical-shaped IOT double sheet sensor monitors and detects when two overlapping sheets of material, perferably paper, are detected. Our cylindrical ultrasonic sensor is constructed of Ni-plated brass and features a tough industrial grade IP67 housing. This sensor has a sensing range of 20 to 60 mm and is unaffected by the color or transparency.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\n\nThis M18 threaded double sheet sensor requires a power supply voltage of 18 to 30 VDC and offers quick response 3 NPN, NC outputs via a 2 m flying-lead cable. Our double sheet IOT sensor consist of two M18 threaded housings, allowing for mounting in most applications.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\n\nOur IOT sensor is fatory set for standard paper in the range of 20-1200g\/m², but can be set to detect other materials and\/or thinknesses in the plastics and metal industries as well.
