Butt Splice Insulation Displacement Connectors (IDC) works to reliably splice two or three copper wires. Simply insert all wires into the clip and press down on it to connect the wires together. The compressing action of the connector displaces the insulation and sets the wire conductors with a cold solder equivalent connection in one swift motion.
