Returns & Refunds

ITM Components take special care to ensure the equipment we supply fully meets your requirements prior to shipment. However, if for any reason, including those of incompatibility at the time of installation, you wish to return goods, ITM Components must be notified no later than 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please contact our Customer Service Team in the first instance to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number.

Goods must be suitably packed in the original box or packaging and with the Returns Authorisation Number clearly displayed on the outside of the package. ITM Components reserve the right to refuse the return if it is not accompanied by a Return’s Authorisation Number.

All return shipments need to be fully covered by insurance in case of damage or loss as it the customer’s responsibility for any damage in transit. All delivery and insurance charges must be met by the customer.

We suggest proof of delivery is obtained when returning all goods.

Credits or refunds will not be given for any items ITM Components believes has been used and is not in a resaleable condition.

For the return of goods which have been correctly supplied and are in accordance with your purchase order we reserve the right to apply a minimum of 20% of the purchase price as a restocking charge.

Please note ITM Components cannot accept returns for Special-Order Products or for those items which are Custom Manufactured. These products will be clearly marked on our Quotation, Order Acknowledgment and Delivery Note.
