USB Type C Video Cables now from VPI

VPI’s new USB Type C Video Cables are compatible with USB 3.0 Type C devices with DP Alt Mode or Thunderbolt 3. They are able to be used to mirror the display from a connected laptop, tablet, or smartphone; and can also be used to connect a mobile device to a laptop.

The USB3C-HD4K-xx-MM USB 3.0 Type C Male to 4K HDMI Type A Male Adapter Cable connects a computer, tablet, or smartphone with USB Type C connectors directly to an HDMI monitor, TV, or projector. It supports Ultra-HD 4Kx2K resolutions to 3840x2160 and 4096x2160 @60Hz, and HDTV resolutions to 1080p @144Hz. The cables are HDCP compliant, support EDID pass-through and Plug-n-Play specification, and feature gold plated connectors for smooth, corrosion-free connections. The cable is available in lengths of 3/6/10 feet, and requires no drivers.
