This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit, make a purchase from or contact us via (the “Site”).

Personal information we collect

We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

Data Storage

Whether through the website, email or phone, information we are provided with will be stored on secure servers. Website transaction data is encrypted for your safety.

We secure access to all areas of our website using ‘https’ technology.

Access to your personal information is password protected, and sensitive data such as payment information is secured and tokenised to ensure its safety. We do not store complete card details on our systems after a payment had been processed, even if you choose to store your card details with us.

You can request a copy of the information we hold on your account at any time via the options in the ‘My Account’ area of our website. Account customers may need to make their request in writing to their account manager.

Any errors in your personal information can be corrected by you in the ‘My Account’ section of our website. You can also request via email for your account to be updated should your personal information have changed. This includes the ability to opt out of our marketing campaigns and the ability to delete your account altogether.

How do we use your personal information?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Communicate with you, including sending marketing messages;
  • Track your use of our site and affiliates sites and;
  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Your EU/EEA rights

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site or contact support), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Data retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Personal Information, Device Information, Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.


The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13.


We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
