Extron Streaming LinkLicenses are feature upgrades for a range of Extron streaming products. These LinkLicenses offer a varying set of capabilities, such as adding enhanced features for lecture capture, and additional flexibility for recording and streaming.

LinkLicenses are software-enabled enhancements that allow you to easily upgrade Extron products. There are several types of LinkLicenses and each type unlocks a unique set of features and capabilities. With LinkLicenses, you can upgrade your system right out of the box or, over time, as your AV system demands grow.

LinkLicense for SMP Enhanced Kaltura Features

This free license enables enhanced integration with the Kaltura hosted video platform for the SMP. The SMP products support standard publishing of ad-hoc recorded media, and the addition of this LinkLicense adds enhanced features that enable users to schedule recordings from Kaltura. It also enables any of these products to stream live media ad-hoc or for scheduled webcasts to Kaltura using RTMP and RTMPS.
