The Extron Extender AKM MAAP is a one input, one buffered output line driver for sending high resolution VGA-QXGA video and audio signals up to 250 feet (75 meters) through high quality cable, such as the Extron MHR-5 Mini High Resolution Cable. The Extender AKM MAAP is designed to install in OBO Bettermann formerly Ackermann - floor boxes that accept GB2 or GB3 inserts. The Extender AKM MAAP features space for mounting three single space MAAP - Mini Architectural Adapter Plates.
