The CAT8 Toolless Shielded RJ45 Plug is used to quickly terminate bulk Category 8 cable into patch cables within the field for 40 Gigabit Ethernet applications. It accommodates 22 to 26 AWG shielded wire with an outside diameter between 6.5 to 8.5 mm. The open-hinged design simplifies placement and termination of bulky shielded cable.

Rated for 40Gbps transfer speeds and up to 2GHz bandwidth.
110 / Krone type IDC termination clamps firmly grasp solid or stranded conductors for a reliable connection.
Robust die-cast housing provides superior shielding with protection against EMI/RFI and alien crosstalk.
Suitable for 22 to 26 AWG solid or stranded wire.
50 micro inches of gold plating on contacts.
Toolless termination “ assembly is quick and easy without the need of crimping tools; simply press together with your fingers.
A cable stripper is recommended to expose the inner conductors.
