The CL5708I and CL5716I LCD KVM Switches are IP-based KVM control units that allows both local and remote operators to monitor and access multiple computers. Remote users access the switches over the Internet by means of a web browser using TCP/IP for its remote communications protocol. They support up to 32 concurrent user logins for a single-bus computer access. A built-in feature that resembles an Internet chat program - the Message Board - lets them communicate with each other. The ability to exchange information in real time allows them to cooperatively manage the installation in a smooth and efficient manner.

The KVM switches support the highest security protocols, such as TLS 1.2 encryption for the browser, and RC4 encryption for secure keyboard, mouse, and video data transmission. For easier and more efficient user management integration, they also support authentication and authorization via 3rd party authorized servers, such as RADIUS, LDAP, LDAPS, and MS Active Directory.

The CN8000A Single Port KVM over IP provides access control through “over-IP” for conventional KVM switches that do not have built in over-IP functionality. It allows system operators to monitor and access computers from remote locations using standard Web browsers or Windows and Java based application programs. The CN8000A connects to the Intranet either LAN or WAN simply by using an industry standard Cat 5e/6 cable, and is connected to a local KVM switch or server via a custom KVM cable.

The ATEN CN8000A uses the standard TCP/IP protocols for communications, it allows the connected server or KVM switch to be accessed from any computer over the internet – whether that computer is located down the hall, in other areas of the country or branch offices in other parts of the world.

The CN8600 DVI KVM over IP is a cost efficient over-IP device, which allows remote access of digital video,audio and virtual media via remote control of a PC or workstation. The CN8600 enables Over IP capability by connecting compatible ATEN DVI KVM switch and / or LCD console, such as the CS1768 (8-Port USB DVI KVM Switch) or CL6700 (DVI LCD Console).

The KH1508Ai and KH1516Ai Cat 5 High-Density KVM over IP Switches offer 8 or 16 computer port configurations in a 1U-high housing for convenient rack mounting. They allow local and remote operators to monitor and access the entire enterprise data center over the Internet using a web-based browser.

They feature RJ-45 connectors and Cat 5e/6 cable to link to the computers and supports multiplatform. This ensures that high quality signals can travel over long distance - up to 50m without the need for KVM extenders. Utilizing KVM Adapter Cables for the final linkup, the KH1508Ai permits any combination of PCs, Macs, Sun computers, and serial devices to coexist on the installation.

In addition to TCP/IP connectivity, the switches provide console ports for a locally attached USB or PS/2 console and a Laptop USB console (LUC) – allowing access and control from the data center as well as over the Net.
