The Extron TLS 300M is a 3.5” portrait Desk Scheduling Touchpanel that can be placed on a flat surface to provide at-a-glance space availability with a red/green LED. With a simple touch, a user can check-in, release, and extend a flexible workspace that is connected to a variety of calendar services. Setup is quick and easy with no programming skills required. User interface customization options include light and dark themes, logo, background image, time/date format, and overlay opacity. The TLS 300M is an effortless way to find and reserve desks and meeting spaces within flexible workspace environments and educational institutions. The TLS 300M is ideal for use in applications such as desk scheduling, hot desking, and any setting that demands a compact workspace-friendly touchpanel that communicates with a calendar server. This versatile touchpanel can be mounted or positioned on a desk or tabletop, making it a superior choice for compact shared environments. Whether in an individual workspace, co-working space, library, collaboration table, or private room like a recording studio, interview room, or secluded area for calls, the TLS 300M caters to a wide range of requirements.

The TLS 300M Desk Scheduling Touchpanel is designed to work with our line of Room Scheduling products, including TLS TouchLink Scheduling Panels, and the TLSI 201 Interactive Wayfinding Interface. Used in conjunction with the TLSI 201, users can view real-time space availability, status, and location information using a centralized display.

Room Agent Software

The TLS 300M is configured with Extron Room Agent™ software. Simply connect the touchpanel to your computer, open the free Room Agent software, fill in the required fields to compose the user interface, and you’re done. User interface customization options allow you to include light and dark themes, logo, background theme, time/date format, and overlay opacity.
