Extron Streaming LinkLicenses are feature upgrades for a range of Extron streaming products. These LinkLicenses offer a varying set of capabilities, such as adding enhanced features for lecture capture, and additional flexibility for recording and streaming.

LinkLicenses are software-enabled enhancements that allow you to easily upgrade Extron products. There are several types of LinkLicenses and each type unlocks a unique set of features and capabilities. With LinkLicenses, you can upgrade your system right out of the box or, over time, as your AV system demands grow.

LinkLicense for SMP Enhanced Panopto

Features

• This free license enables enhanced integration with the Panopto enterprise video platform for the SMP, bringing new capabilities to receive recording schedules from the Panopto video platform for automated content publishing as well as streaming live video to Panopto using RTMP and RTMPS for live event broadcast and other applications. The SMP products support standard publishing of ad-hoc recorded media, and the addition of this LinkLicense adds enhanced features that enable users to schedule recordings from Panopto. This upgrade will require the LinkLicense for the enhanced scheduling and live streaming features as well as installation of the complimentary FlexOS application framework for automating the system operation.
