    So, you own a small hotel, and things were ticking along nicely. You have wi-fi if your public areas like the reception and the Bar. Feedback from customers is suggesting they would like to access the Wifi in their rooms.

    In a recent survey by the Thistle Hotel group over half of respondees said free wi-fi is crucial to the enjoyment of their holiday escape – ranking it higher than offering in-room TVs (37%), and according to research by Netgear one third of leisure customers will not return to a hotel with poor w-fi.
