Specification

The Extron WPD 100 AV Series wallplates are single-gang decorator-style modules for HDMI, VGA, network, USB, and 3.5 mm audio connectors. The USB 3.2 Type-A pigtail is reversible, allowing either a Type-A or Type-B connector to appear at the front of the plate. These wallplates provide local, wall-mounted connectivity for any AV system. They come equipped with pass-through connectors on pigtails, a keystone coupler, or 3.5 mm stereo mini jack to captive screw adapter, for a simple and elegant integration solution. Matching covers are included to hide the audio and/or captive screw control ports when not in use. WPD 100 AV Series wallplates with other connectors are also available. They include a black and white single-gang decorator-style wallplate and fit into a standard US one-gang size junction box.

The WPD 101 U wallplate features one USB-C® female socket to USB-C male plug on a 3’ (90 cm) cable for transmission of 4K/60 video, audio, and data signals, along with power. It supports USB data rates up to 5 Gbps and deliver up to 60 watts of power to charge laptops, tablets, and other mobile devices. Hassle-free, reversible USB-C connectivity simplifies use. The WPD 101 U wallplate is an ideal solution for applications that require a reliable, high-performance connection between devices with USB-C interfaces.
